Beijing Textile Warehouse and Beijing Textile Shahe Warehouse subordinate to Beijing Textile Industry Supply and Marketing Co., Ltd. were built in the early 1970s. The two warehouses occupy a total area of 270,000 square meters. The individual warehouses with the single cell of more than 2,000 square meters and a net height of 8 meters have a total of 100,000 square meters. The container storage yard is 100,000 square meters, and the textile warehouse also has a 2.23km property freight railway line.

In response to the call for the construction of four centers in Beijing in the new era, since 2018, the two warehouses have been actively looking for paths for industrial upgrading. The Beijing Textile Warehouse is located in the fifth ring road, adjacent to the Liangma River in the south and the Bahe River in the north, and surrounded by Jiangfu Park of 3,000mu. It enjoys exceptional location advantage. Under the comprehensive promotion of Hantang Group, it reaches comprehensive cooperation with Beijing Capital Group. Both parties will make use of their respective advantages to transform Beijing Textile Warehouse into a national first-class cultural and art park, the “Langyuan Station”.

After completion of construction, the “Langyuan Station” will have all kinds of facilities with an area of more than 120,000 square meters. Based on the cultural highland of Chaoyang District, Beijing, an international cultural exchange center will be built on the axis of the third and fourth embassy districts, so as to make contribution to the construction of cultural center and international exchange center of Beijing. At present, the project has been basically renovated, and the signing occupancy rate is more than 50%. It is planned to be fully opened by the end of 2020.

The upgrading and reconstruction of Beijing Textile Shahe Warehouse is also under active planning. In the future, it is expected to build 150,000 square meters of talent apartments, which will become the core supporting facilities of Beijing “Future Science and Technology City”.
